Technical Session Speaker: Dwight Lavender, Group Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at Target Corporation Technical Session: Strategy, Framework and Implementation - Building off of the concepts of Kim's keynote session, Dwight Lavender, will walk you through building a sound strategy that can withstand the pitfalls that can potentially plague strategy formulation. From this strategy session, he will help you to create and present a D&I strategy for your own company and glean from Target's deep dive into our 3R Framework.
