'The Importance of Developing a Formal Ethics Program - What is HR's Role?'

Topic: Ethics is a key driver of employee and customer engagement and makes a difference to the bottom line.
Do you have an ethical culture? How do you know? This interactive session will highlight the importance of developing a formal business ethics program, discuss the role of Human Resources in the development and maintenance of the program, review the essential elements of an effective program and provide a chance to apply what you've learned through case study evaluation and discussion.
This program has been submitted for approval for a total of 1 hour of General credit to the HR Certification Institute for review.
