CFO Systems is expanding its services to include HR consulting for small- and mid-sized businesses. These new services will provide clients with support in benefits management, employee relations and recruiting.
The HR Services Division will work with companies on both a project and interim basis providing services on demand. Laura Pavalis will lead the HR division and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience, most recently with the Visiting Nurses Association of the Midlands.
"The ability to attract, motivate and retain top talent in today's fiercely competitive environment is critical to success. Sometimes small changes can make a big difference," says Pavalis.
Pavalis works with companies to streamline operations and reduce the time, paper and expense associated with routine processes. She has served companies in the financial, oil and gas, real estate and non-profit industries.
