(Omaha, NE,) Tate Publishing, today announced that Andy Greenberg's "Your HIgh" is ready for pre-order by visiting http://yourhighwithandygreenberg.tateauthor.com/ . The book is a collection of his best motivational vignettes that are broadcast to hundreds of radio stations across the country each week on the Radio America Network.

"Andy is a natural and his book is one of the most unique motivational and inspirational books we have reviewed in a long time," explained Tate's Tracy Baker. "His ability to take everyday objects and events and turn them into usable and effective techniques for both professional and personal growth is very refreshing. I can understand why his features are so popular on Omaha's 1110 KFAB's "The Good Morning Show with Gary Sadlemyer" where it started over two years ago and then went national on the Radio America Network. We look forward to releasing the book around October 2012. Tate Publishing will be launching an all out publicity campaign including TV ads, Web sites, and social media support, as well as book signings as part of the marketing of the book.

"Partnering with Tate Publishing is an authors dream," explained Greenberg. "They are swift, professional and have an outstanding support system that touches all the steps. I am also very grateful to Marian Shalander Kaiser who has been a key co-writer of this book.

Mike Paradiso, Radio America Chief Operating Officer, added, "We are thrilled with Andy's entertaining delivery and the connection our audience has made with "Your Daily HIgh".

Gary Sadlemyer, Program Director of 1110 KFAB, remarked, "At first I was hesitant as to how many Andy could produce. He has recorded over 500 of his morning messages, and each one is different. His book will reach those who are unable to hear him in Omaha or around the country."

Tate Publishing is a mainline royalty publisher that works with unknown authors as well as celebrity authors. Through intensive marketing and publicity, Tate Publishing works to help authors rise to the top of the publishing industry, including the NY Times Bestsellers list, and holds the number one sales spot on Amazon.

Andy Greenberg transitioned to a speaker-trainer and author after completing 35 years in corporate America as a sales and marketing professional. He lives in Omaha, NE, where his business "Speaking of Andy Greenberg" is based.

Omaha Neon Sign Co, Inc. announced that it has completed the corporate restructuring of their companies. Combined as operating divisions, the companies include Omaha Neon, Consolidated Sign Service, Inc., Artfac Graphics and CBS Signs, Inc. A second part of the reorganization established Tri-City Sign Company in Grand Island, NE as a separate company.

Samuel J. Marchese, owner of Omaha Neon, stated that the reorganization is being implemented to focus on customer service and sales territories in addition to developing succession arrangements. Marchese retains ownership of the combined divisions and Tim Marchese has become the owner of Tri-City Sign.

"As we start our 90th year of operations, we are positioning Omaha Neon for the future," according to Marchese. "The changes we are making will improve our production efficiencies and eliminate redundancies between the divisions." Marchese added that, "these improvements will benefit our customers as we continue to provide quality signage products at affordable costs."

"Resource allocations and production tasks have been identified and are being streamlined between the divisions," said Terry Rush, Sales & Operations Manager. He added that, "the combination of processes will also enhance our capabilities for quicker implementation of new technologies."

Started in 1923, Omaha Neon has grown beyond the eastern Nebraska and western Iowa area to serve regional clients and national franchises and chains. One of the largest sign companies in the Midwest, Marchese purchased the company in 1970. Currently, there are over 100 employees between the four divisions.

"We are continually looking for ways to improve products, services and keep costs affordable," Rush stated. "Our recent acquisition of the business assets of Lincoln-based Express Signs, Inc. by CBS Signs demonstrates our determination to make sure the divisions are positioned for future growth."

Omaha Neon will continue to have sales and manufacturing operations in both Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska.

(Lincoln, NE; Jan 9, 2013) - Celerion, the premier provider of innovative early stage drug development solutions, announces the expansion of its capabilities in the respiratory therapeutic area, with the addition of a dedicated Bronchoscopy Suite in the Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK facility.

The Bronchoscopy Suite allows bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) to be performed within the Celerion clinic utilizing study participants from our extensive database. The addition of the Bronchoscopy Suite complements our ability to reliably explore the expression and quantification of protein biomarkers within the fluid lining of the lower respiratory tract. Using a multiplex approach, BAL samples can be analyzed for a panel of customized biomarkers and thereby provide a more reliable picture of the performance of potential airway drug candidates.

"Celerion has successfully conducted a number of studies that include mild to moderate and severe asthmatics, COPD and Cystic Fibrosis patients. Due to an increasing demand from clients for analysis of BAL samples, the dedicated Bronchoscopy Suite offers on-site access to this procedure," said Phil Bach, Vice President of Clinical Research at Celerion. "This investment continues to demonstrate Celerion's response to the market's increasing demand for conducting Phase I studies in patients with access to more specialized techniques."

Celerion's facility in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK also has extensive early stage clinical capabilities based on First-In-Human experience with both NCEs and biologics, as well as bioequivalence, biosimilars, obesity, men's sexual health, ophthalmic and gastro-intestinal studies.

Keynote: "Reality-Based Rules of the Workplace Know What Boosts Your Value, Kills Your Chances, and Will Make You Happier at Work"

The Rules of the Workplace have changed and employees are the last to know. HR professionals and HR systems are sending mixed messages about what is truly valued and to be rewarded in the workplace. More than anything else, employees need to understand how they are really being evaluated on the job - far beyond their performance.

In this keynote session, Cy Wakeman will show you how to calculate true employee value by understanding current and future potential rates against an employee's "emotional expense" - the toll one's actions take on the people around them.

Technical Session: Tough economic times have left employees feeling dejected and undervalued, having to do the same amount of work with less people and resources. Employees have come to believe that suffering is now part of working life. In this technical session, Cy Wakeman offers a revolutionary new look at how HR and leaders and employees change their mindsets and join the ranks of happy high performers as she teaches the five reality-based rules of the workplace.
